Baked falafels

Ingredients:

-1 can of garbanzo beans or garbanzo brands soaked for at least 18 hours and drained
-cilantro
-parsley
-1/2 small onion
-garlic
-cumin
-lemon juice(just to make it a little bit salty, but you just could use salt)
-cracked pepper and some chili powder to taste

In food processor/blender combine all the ingredients for the falafels. Blend unlike fairly smooth. Form patties into eathe ver size you like
(I let them sit in the freezer for about two hours but you don’t have to do it)
Preheat oven to 400. Place patties on greases skillet/cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Flip and bake for 15 minutes. If you find that your falafels are not as browned as you like place them under the broiler for a minute or two just be sure to keep an eye on them so they don’t burn
And enjoy.

Green Smoothie bowl

This smoothie bowl is probably my favorite one, is so tasty and so sweet, and so awesome.. yeah this is my all time favorite. It has spinach in it, i know it might sound disgusting for you, but let me tell you that bananas and spinach are the best combo ever and spinach is for sure the best green ever, it does really taste good dont be afraid to add spinach to your somethies.

Ingredients:
3 frozen bananas
some spinach
vanilla
2 dates(or any other sweeteaner)

Toppings:
I added my oil free granola
one chopped banana

you can add anything you want

blend all the ingredients with some water (not too much, the idea of making it a "smoothie bowl" is to make it thick, then just top with WHATEVER topping you want and just grab a spoon and enjoy, easy, fast and healthy breakfast.
